Kohli reveals Dhoni's saviour act

not just a leader,Maheandra singh Dhoni was also a saviour for his successor Virat Kohli who reveald that talismantic former skipper prevented his outster from Indian team many times.
Kohli has played his entire international career under the captaincy of MsDhoni since his ODI debut in Srilanka back in 2008.
In his initial days Kohli didn't show consistency and his place wasn't secure but Dhoni had immense faith in his talent and abilities.
                                                         "he will always be the person ,who guided me initially and gave me opportunities.he gave me ample time and space to grow as a cricketer,saved me from getting dropped from the team many times".
                           Indias No.1 batsman made it clear that replacing Dhoni as a captain is a big task.
"Obviously,these are massive shoes to fill.you think of MsDhoni and the first word comes in my mind was captain!,"said Kohli.
                                                     on wednesday Dhoni relinquished captaincy in limited overs format and the senior selection committiee officially handed over the baton to Kohli, who was leading the side in the longest format.
                                                    Kohli's new assignment starts with the six-match series limited overs series against England starting in pune on January 15.
                                                    "I didn't realise myself when this transition happend,from the starting of a player just wanting to play for india and now responsibility to be captain in all three formats",he said."for every child it is a dream for palying for his country and this is the biggest day of my life".
Kohli said he would countinue to seek Dhoni's help in forming team strategies."Obviously on the field I would be running to him alot.I would want him to totally enjoy his cricket now.The team would be in a very solid place if MS Dhoni enjoys his cricket.
Kohli also said that he belives in leading by example."Added responsibility has always worked for me in the sence that you have no room to be complacent or relax at any stage.even in IPL it is very easy to throw my wicket away after crossing 60 or 70 runs.but i push after that because that i realize that i have to set an example and have firstly make that kind of effort before asking my teammates to do that".

PM MODI step2 on corruption

SETTING STRONG LAWS TO ATTACH PROPERTY

Prime Minister Narendra Modi solemnly promise on Sunday that the government would soon put in place a strong law to effectively deal with Benami properties, saying that the move would strengthen his extraordinary war "on corruption and black money.
"A Benami property law came into being in 1988, but its rules were never framed.it remain dormant for years.
We have retrieved it and turned it into an incisive law.we will soon make it operational,"he said.
Benami properties are those held in the name of those who actually finance them."I assure you that this is not the end.this is just the beginning in our fight against curroption.we have to win this war.there is no question of stopping or going back in this fight," he said.






LUCKY GRAHAK YOJANA:
In his monthly radio address Mann ki Baat, the PM also unveiled two reward schemes Lucky Grahak yojana for customers and digi Dhan Vaya par yojana for tenders to push cashless transactions.
He said 1500 people will get daily rewards of 1000 each.lacks of rupees would be up for grabs during weekly draws.A bumper draw on April 14 will have rewards on crores.this will be for those who for cashless transactions and make purchases more than Rs50 but less than Rs3000 to keep focusses on the poor and the lower middle-class segments.
lauding people's role since his demonetisation move in his radio programme Mann Ki Bath,he said,"they have not only a braved hard ships ,but have also powerfully responded to those limited few who have been trying to mislead them".
Mr Modi announced to a stunned nation on November 8 that he would scrap 86 %of the cash in circulation immediately led to crippling cash crunch.he had then promised to restore normalcy by the end of the year, but the long questions have stayed outside low-on-cash banks and ATM kiosks.
Mr Modi defended frequent changes in currency rules after the centre recalled the high-value bills ,and this was done reduce people's problems and defeat corrupt.
he said that those involved in "this murky enterprise of perfidy and corruption "had to be defeated as they were devicing "newer wily ways and means" to thwart the government efforts every day.

pv sindhu strikes back

Olympics silver medalist p.v.sindhu avenged her heart-breaking loss at the 2016 RIO Olympics to two times` world champion Carolina Marin with a thrilling straight game victory in a do or die women single group b contest and sealed her place at the semifinals of the BWF finals here on Friday.
In much-anticipated contest, Sindhu came up trumps against the Olympic champion Martin,who had spoiled her gold medal dream at Rio in august.the Indian dished out an energetic performance to see off a fight Marin 21-17,21-13 in a hard fought battle that last 46-minutes.



A former world number-1Marin, who held a 5-2 head to head record, tried to play an aggressive fast-paced game and pumped herself with each , point letting out a war cry but Sindhu was equally up for the battle of nerves and she showed tremendous grit and nerves to emerge victories in a crucial matches.
with this win ,Sindhu finished in the second place behind china'sSun Yu, who won all the three matches in group B.
Both the players started an aggressive rally and even though Sindhu had a 2-0 lead early on, martin soon turned the tables at 4-3when the Indian hit long.
the Spaniard made it 7-3with Sindhu playing a few nervous strokes.
however,Sindhu changed her approach and got hold of her nerves and reeled off five points to lead 8-7.but again two long shots from Sindhu and Marin was 9-8 up.
